- 1, 2, or 3 workouts/week recommended
- 60 min strength training recommended for strength building and toning only
Suggestions for Weight Loss Maintenance, a Busy Schedule, & those New to Exercise
- 1 or 2 workouts/week recommended
- 60 min strength training or 50% strength training and 50% cardio drills
