"When I started working with Mollie, I had just finished an at home work out program. It seemed to work, and I had lost 15 pounds. But after the 15 pounds came off, I wasn’t continuing to lose and needed some support. So I started working with Mollie. She got me on a great meal plan and did a great job pushing me in my workouts not only with her, but followed up with me on the cardio I was to be doing on my own time. In about 3 to 4 months with Mollie, I lost an additional 10 pounds and reached my goal of getting back to the 130’s. She has been great to work with and I would recommend her to anyone! "
