"Thank goodness I found Mollie within the week after my release from the hospital for a stroke. It’s been just 6 months of exercise and more healthful eating with amazing results!
Working with Mollie, I’ve been able to:
1. Change my self-image from a couch potato to a healthier person

"Before I started with Mollie, I was a little active. The year before I had completed a half-marathon. But then I let it slip. I wasn't exercising or watching what I ate and I had gained a lot of weight. In 2 years, I gained about 20 pounds. I realized I needed to do something. I've had gym memberships before, but I never knew what to do once I got to the gym. I would go and run or do the elliptical, but never strength train. That's what I needed. Some help knowing how to use a gym. In addition, I was bad at just getting to the gym. I needed some extra motivation to get me there.
I was nervous about a personal trainer. I had never had one and didn't know what to expect. I researched a lot of personal trainers in the area and Mollie immediately stood out. I liked the idea of a group atmosphere and I also like that she was a woman and only trained women. It made me feel a little more at ease. I am so glad I went to Mollie.
Mollie is extremely supportive and encouraging. I never once felt like I was doing something wrong or didn't belong. She is understanding about the stresses in your life and what you can reasonably get done during a week. I learned a lot about strength training and how to use a gym. When I go to a gym now, I feel that I have a plan. I have exercises I can do, and do properly, like the Turkish Get-Ups or any of Mollie's crazy obstacle courses. Many workouts I felt like I was going to die, and Mollie keep encouraging me. She can sense when you CAN keep going and pushes you to your limits. I always felt amazing and proud after her workouts. I whole heartedly recommend Mollie to anyone who may need that little extra push to get healthy and stay healthy."

"Previous to Mollie, my workouts were not something I looked forward to at the end of the workday. When I went to the gym, I found myself doing the same fitness routine every time. I lacked the focus and drive to push myself harder. If I skipped days at the gym, no one was there to keep me on track. When I first contacted Mollie my biggest goal was to stay in shape while still having fun. I have been part of her program for several months and definitely achieved my goals and more! One of the added bonuses is that I was able to go from 22% body fat to 18% with very little effort. I am also learning more about nutrition and strength training exercises that I can do on my own.

"After only 2 weeks of starting Reveal Makeover I lost 5 lbs! I also noticed a huge increase in my energy levels, my upper body strength, and my overall physical well being. Since then, I have lost a total of 6 lbs, however i have gained a large amount of muscle, decreased my body fat percentage by 6.6%. My arms are strong and toned and I didn't bulk up. "I noticed a co-worker of mine was slimming down and really toning up, so I finally asked her what her secret was. She told me that she was doing personal training with Mollie Black and asked if I wanted to come along and try it out. With my wedding coming in eight weeks, I decided to give it a try.
Being a large woman, I was nervous about going to see a trainer, but I instantly felt at ease with Mollie. She created a personal nutrition and exercise plan for me, and we did circuit training with her twice a week.
With the diet and exercise guidelines Mollie suggested and the high intensity workouts with her, I lost almost twenty pounds in those two short months! I had to have my wedding dressed taken in at the last minute, what a great feeling that was!
The workouts were hard, but Mollie always made it fun and mixed it up so I never got bored and never gave up. I felt muscles that I have never worked before and the diet plan she gave me kept me feeling satisfied instead of starving.

"Before Reveal Makeover, I had a hard time staying motivated in an exercise routine and often found myself bumbling around the gym with no idea what I needed to do. Reveal Makeover gave me the motivation and pushed me to reach my goals. After I started training I lost 16 lbs, decreased my body fat percentage by 9%, and dropped 3 pant sizes. My posture has improved and I have less cramping and knots in my back from my circuit training. "When I started working with Mollie, I had just finished an at home work out program. It seemed to work, and I had lost 15 pounds. But after the 15 pounds came off, I wasn’t continuing to lose and needed some support. So I started working with Mollie. She got me on a great meal plan and did a great job pushing me in my workouts not only with her, but followed up with me on the cardio I was to be doing on my own time. In about 3 to 4 months with Mollie, I lost an additional 10 pounds and reached my goal of getting back to the 130’s. She has been great to work with and I would recommend her to anyone! "
