- Small group size allows for a semi-private feel, and is far more personalized than a typical large group strength training class

- 50% strength training and 50% cardio drills

- 30 min strength training plus 30 min cardio drills or a 60 min mixture of strength training and cardio drills, with 5 min stretching at end
