All workouts are individualized, especially private workouts.

Each workout is different, challenging, fun, and goal-oriented.

You'll learn a variety of strength training exercises using a variety of free weight equipment (dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, etc)."

  • Small group size allows for a semi-private feel, and is far more personalized than a typical large group strength training class

  • 50% strength training and 50% cardio drills
  • Lots of variety: each workout is different everytime
  • Learn a variety of strength training, core (abs/back) endurance drills, and cardio drills
  • 30 min strength training plus 30 min cardio drills or a 60 min mixture of strength training and cardio drills, with 5 min stretching at end
